This was my first time visiting this place. There were some absolutely amazing stand outs and some things I would not order again. I would skip the salmon sashimi, pork bao and the churro dessert. They needed a lot of improvement. The sauces are utterly amazing. The shrimp appetizer was to die for and I could eat that every day of my life. The titanic roll was great as well. Stick to the speciality rolls and you’re good to go. The service was amazing.

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! I WILL NEVER CAME HERE AGAIN !!!We were planning to have the “after wedding” dinner with friends and the manager of this place has turned it into the nightmare. I have set the time and arrived one hour in advance to get the table, since this place doesn’t take reservations. Upon my arrival the manager had agreed to keep to two tables for us. But he didn’t keep his word and gave the table to someone else. So, when our friends arrived, there was no tables to seat. Therefore, we had to find another sushi place. BTW there are other great sushi restaurants around there with better menus and better prices and WAY better service.DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO HAVE SUCH AN EXPERIENCE !!!

While in the valley, my daughter and I craved sushi. While searching for sushi in Northridge, Agua Chiles Sushi Bar popped up, and we made our way.Agua Chiles Sushi Bar is located in a shopping center in Northridge. We were able to find parking quickly and walked a few steps in. When we entered, we were able to sit anywhere we wanted. We scanned the QR to view the menu and ordered garlic edamame, gyoza, Agua chiles roll, California roll, rainbow roll, and a side of rice. The garlic edamame was delicious, and the Agua chiles roll was different. I can’t say the same for the other items. The gyozas were mediocre, and the Cali and rainbow rolls were not it. My daughter LOVES Cali rolls and for her to not eat them and say they were gross tells you a lot. She only ate out of . The presentation of the Cali roll was messy and looked like everything was just thrown in. The rainbow roll wasn’t the best either. I couldn’t finish it; something was off.I appreciate the Mexican and Sushi fusion. It’s a great concept! But I think the issue for me was that I’m used to authentic sushi, and I know what good quality sushi tastes like. Unfortunately, this was not even close. However, I had excellent service, they had good music playing, and our food came out in a timely manner. I might only come back for the garlic edamame.

Do not eat here if you want a decent service or good sushi. We left all the food, didn't even take it home. Horrible.$ wastedShared our discomfort with the staff and didn't care or make an attempt to resolve the situation.Only the Sapporo was good.
